How to have your data removed from sparevoice

Deletion is free, does not require an account, and is completed within 30 days. Choose the situation that applies to you.

I use sparevoice for my own account

1. In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account. All connected channels are disconnected, and your account, settings, conversations, drafts and derived data are deleted within 30 days. You receive a confirmation email.
2. By email: write to kontakt@fothgroup.de from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion". We confirm receipt within two business days and completion once done.
3. Only one channel: to remove a single connection but keep your account, disconnect the channel under Settings → Channels. Data for that channel is deleted within 30 days.

Invoices and accounting records must be kept for the statutory period (10 years) and are excluded from deletion; they contain your billing details but no conversation data.

I removed sparevoice in my Instagram or Facebook settings

If you remove sparevoice under Settings → Apps and Websites on Instagram or Facebook, Meta sends us a deletion request automatically. We invalidate the access token immediately and delete all data received from that account within 30 days. Meta shows you a confirmation code and a status link for the request; you can also ask us for confirmation at any time by email.

I messaged someone who uses sparevoice

The person or business you wrote to is responsible for that conversation; sparevoice processes it on their behalf. You have two options:

1. Ask them directly. They can delete or block the conversation in sparevoice, which removes your messages from the service.
2. Ask us. Email kontakt@fothgroup.de with the subject "End-user deletion", tell us the platform (for example Instagram), your username there, and the account you wrote to. We locate the conversation, delete it within 30 days, inform the account owner as the controller, and confirm to you. We only use the details you give us to process the request.

What deletion covers

• Message and comment content, attachments, sender identifiers and timestamps received from the platform
• AI drafts, sent replies, edits and approval history for those conversations
• Tags, summaries and detected-language data derived from them
• Platform access tokens and connection metadata

Backups containing deleted data are overwritten within the regular rotation of at most 35 days. Deleted data is not restored from backups.
